• Design of modern 3m single storey rear extension, with the kitchen and dining spaces redesigned.

• Modern dormer loft conversion to make the most of the stunning views across to Alexandra Palace.

• Prior approval granted

• Building regulations drawings for building control were complete within two weeks of submitting the Lawful Development Certificate

The project is currently at preconstruction phase ready for construction in late 2018.
