Eden Creative Architecture is a small architectural design practice based in Enfield, North London, operating throughout North London, Hertfordshire and the South East. Our projects range from new build residential developments of up to 8 units, to church projects, as well residential home extensions, refurbishments and loft conversions.

Work closely alongside small developers and clients to provide advice and designs to extract the maximum value out of their sites
Client focussed approached - we are friendly and easy to work with
Gain planning permission approval for difficult sites - often where other Consultants have failed to gain permission sometimes more than once
Provide specialist advice for both Planning Permission and Permitted Development rights - including appeals and liaison with Local Authorities
Undertake detailed design and collaborate with long term trusted Structural Engineering firms to generate cost efficient and carbon friendly solutions
Gain Building Control and any specialist approvals required - Party Wall agreements, Thames Water build over agreement approvals
Provide specialist input on construction including working with small local builders, Cost Consultants and Contractors alike
